Tuesday 13th October – Mini Zulu Warriors
Mini Museum Explorers will travel back in time to discover the fascinating world of Zulu warriors, who were traditionally organised into regiments by age. Children will get up close to beautiful Zulu artefacts on display, including some safe items they can touch and explore with their hands. Inspired by these striking designs, Minis will become little Zulu warriors themselves, creating their own colourful jewellery, beaded necklaces, and headdresses using fun, safe materials. Along the way, they’ll enjoy stories about Zulu life and traditions, try on their creations, and parade around like warriors, celebrating creativity, movement, and imaginative play.
